HG Products- Review one! (Cinema Secrets Foundation)

Cinema Secrets foundation is a cream formula.
It has brilliant coverage, as you can see from my really sexy (haha) before and after photos, and it's not even expensive!
A professional product, in case you couldn't guess from the name alone, Cinema Secrets is perfect for makeup artist or models who work with, well, any kind of photography. yes, even flash photography. I won't, however, garuantee this stuff with high definition video, since I'm not trained in that area... YET.
Better news? I use this on a daily basis, mostly as a concealer (yes, it really is that good for coverage) and it has NEVER made me break out. Ever. Never ever.
Better news? It comes in a huuuge range of shades, from shades for pale redheads (or pale brunettes! represent. And yes blondes too, of course. You get what I mean.) to shades for those of us with darker skin, like my mate Gayatri, who often finds it really really hard to find a shade of foundation. Look no further, girls, CInema secrets is where it's at.
The only thing is, the reason I love this so much (apart from everything I said above)
is that it lasts all day, and it has a very matte finish (since you have to set it with powder). So if you're into the glowy look, add some bronzer or shimmer powder. however if like myself, you prefer matte, Cinema Secrets is the way to go :)

Hope you enjoyed my review!

Onoes! Looks like tonsilitis is contagious.. over the interbutts!

So I was going to do before and after photos of the Bourjois mascara, and all of my holy grail products, but guess what!
Puffy over at http://thepuffreports.blogspot.com/ and I BOTH have the dreaded, evil tonsillitis, and you know what? It sucks.

Know what else sucks? It's the middle of freaking summer here in Aussieland. Which is a brilliant time to want to curl up under a quilt and sleep, amirite? No.

Anyway. Less complaining more shameless plugging- check out her blog. It puts my.. oh.. two? posts to shame :P even when she DOES have evil sicknesses!

First Review! Bourjois "Volume Clubbing" mascara in black

So, this being my first review, you'll need to bear with me!
I purchased the volume clubbing because the packaging is pretty and bourjois was having a promotion.
Second best mascara decision I have ever made in my life. I love this mascara nearly as much as I love my Modelco Lashxtend, which is my holy grail, and that's saying something.
While it does have an oddly shaped brush, once you get the hang of using it, and work out that gorgeous lashes don't come without a bit of effort, you'll be very pleased.
When I first applied it i was digusted, wtf was with ym clumpy lashes and why does the brush look so gross?
But then I whipped out a disposable spoolie and lo and behold, I had stunning, perfectly black, thick, sexy eyelashes.
The colour is great (I can't wait to buy other colours! I wonder if it comes in blue?), it has NEVER ever ever flaked on me and i wear it for like 10 hours a day, doesn't smudge unless you like, rub your eyes five seconds after applying, and it doesn't flatten my eyelashes(ruin the curl, that is)

Overall I give it a 4/5, losing half a point because of the rally obese packaging whcih takes up alot of room, and another half a point because of the fact i have to comb out my lashes.
Price is about a 3/5 because DAMN! here in Australia this stuff is like $25. I know it doesn't sound like alot but when you're trying to save ten thousand for makeup school? Yeah, every cent counts.

So I hope my review helped you girls out, and I'll be reviewing all my holy grail products soon :)(especially lashxtend. which i love SO MUCH)
